WHERE CAN I RECEIVE MY ORDER?

Your order can be sent to the address that you have chosen (home, work, etc).

WHAT ARE THE MEANS TO SEND AND DELIVERY MY ORDER?

Orders will be sent and delivered by the following means:

• Local courier companies
• Post Service
• Transport and Courier International companies. 

 

CAN THE DELIVERY COUNTRY BE DIFFERENT FROM THE PURCHASE COUNTRY?

The delivery country should always be the same country in which the purchase was made. It is possible to deliver your order in another country from the buying one, but the order total amount may be different because of logistic reasons, customs or other.

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE TO ARRIVE?

Delivery time depends on the delivery address. You will be informed while ordering, when we confirm your order or when your order has been sent because delivery time may change according to different circumstances.

HOW MUCH DO I PAY FOR DELIVERY COST?

Shipping costs will be reckoned during the order process, because they depend on number of items, quantities, volume and weight.

CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?

WHAT IS THE HOME DELIVERY PROCESS?

Once your order is done, we will send you an email order confirmation with all details to be checked; when your order is ready to be shipped to you, we will send you another email informing you (tracking number, a link to the courier's web page, required documents to ship and deliver the order) and lastly the forwarder will deliver you the order according to delivery time. But if the order cannot be delivered or the forwarder estimates necessary, he will contact you through a call or sms or email to fix the order delivery time.
